A business jet flying from the Moscow region crashed near the village of Kuzhenkino. Before the fall, eyewitnesses heard two strong bangs. The crashed aircraft has the tail number RA-02795. The board with this number belongs to Evgeny Prigozhin. Rosaviation reports that Prigozhin himself was on the passenger list of the plane that crashed. According to one version, the cause of the explosion on board the plane was a terrorist attack.

The bodies of four victims have been found, but the Baza telegram channel reports seven dead — everyone who was on board at the time of the crash was killed. The Ministry of Emergency Situations clarified that the victims of the disaster were ten people — three of them crew members.

In addition, according to telegram channels, the commander of the Wagner PMCS Dmitry Utkin was also on board, but there is no official confirmation of this.

According to the information associated with the Wagner PMCs, the channel claims that Prigozhin's plane was shot down by air defense means (such a bold assumption needs, of course, strong evidence — ed.).

Before disappearing from the radar at 18 hours 11 minutes, the plane was at an altitude of 8.5 km. He was flying at a speed of more than 500 km per hour. Analysts point to the absence of malfunctions on board, due to which the liner could gradually lose speed and altitude. A deadly emergency occurred, probably right in the air. This is also reported by eyewitnesses.

Another plane, also belonging to Prigozhin, turns over the Moscow region and heads to the airport.

The press service of the governor of the Tver region reports that the collapsed side was civilian. The authorities have not yet provided information about the dead or injured. State Duma deputy Yevgeny Popov said that what happened was «a terrorist attack in the Russian sky», which should be investigated, and the perpetrators should answer.

On 20.28, the Readovka edition writes, referring to its own source, that at the moment the death of Yevgeny Prigozhin as a result of the plane crash is not confirmed. His fate remains unknown. Reports of Prigozhin's death are premature. Information about his death, as well as the death of Dmitry Utkin, cannot be verified at the moment. The source of «Fontanka» indicates that the inner circle can not get through to Prigozhina.
