The decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on calling in reservists was published on the official Internet portal of legal information, while three of its six clauses are hidden, they are marked "for official use."

As reported by RIA Novosti agency, Vladimir Putin's decree comes into force from the day of its publication. In accordance with it, the government and regional authorities must ensure the implementation of measures related to the conduct of military training.

For those who are reservists, the call-up papers may be sent at intervals of once in every three years. The maximum duration of such reservists' trainings is two months, while a reservist can spend no more than 12 months in service during the entire period. Usually, reservists are calling up for military service once a year.

Earlier it was reported that military training clergymen are also being trained. They are taught to provide first aid in the field and to use means of protection against weapons of mass destruction.

It is worth noting that the spring conscription for military service has also started in Russia on April 1. It is assumed that 134 thousand people will be drafted into the army in accordance with the statutory involvement of citizens for the performance of military duties in the ranks of the armed forces and other troops.
