In his publication, Moscow blogger Sergei Frolov shared the information that was extremely useful for the citizens on how superiors recommend behaving these days to police officers with those who went outside. The blogger also said that security officials confirmed the authenticity of these documents, so that now everyone knows the real rules of the “quarantine game”.
