According to a statement on the website of Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, the city authorities decided to expand the functionality of the hotline for receiving complaints about errors and violations during partial mobilization.

In particular, hotline 122 will receive applications from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs on a daily basis.

“For the convenience and speed of consideration of cases, calls from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will also be received daily from 08:00 to 20:00 by phone 122. The functionality of a special channel for the prompt consideration of specific complaints of Muscovites on mobilization agendas has been expanded: now the hotline processes appeals not only citizens, but also employers of the capital”, - the message onthe website of the mayor’s office says.

Prior to this, complaints about partial mobilization were accepted only from private applicants. The opening of a hotline for employers was previously announced by Sobyanin. Employers in Moscow will be able to complain about subpoenas for their employees by calling 122.

“Often there are several disputable cases in one organization. For the convenience and efficiency of their consideration, calls from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will also be received daily from 08:00 to 20:00 by calling 122”, - the press service of the administration noted.

Appeals from employers will be redirected to special working groups created at the military registration and enlistment offices to resolve controversial cases. According to the mayor's office, in recent days, after the companies' appeals, 377 subpoenas were withdrawn for employees of 20 enterprises from strategically important sectors of the economy and the life support system of Moscow.
