The government increased the advance payment to suppliers for state needs from 30 to 50 percent
This decision was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Previously, the limit on the amount of advances for government contract executives was 30%. The decision to increase was made as part of the Plan of additional measures to ensure sustainable economic development, approved by the Cabinet on April 16.
The new measure should support business in times of the crisis.
However, many entrepreneurs consider it insufficient. It is proposed, in particular, to shorten the time of the full reckoning with suppliers from 90 days to one to two weeks and to include in the list of payers not only state organizations, but also state corporations that are very active in using the money of their suppliers, without paying for months for goods services already received.
