The news, which at first seems very optimistic, was published by Kommersant. Bypass the blocking of the Visa payment system for citizens of Russia will help "Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan", which will issue a Visa Gold card directly in Russia, without the need to fly to this country. This card works abroad, and it can also be used to make purchases in foreign Internet services. From those who wish to receive such a service, only a Russian passport is required, while in the representative office of the bank they will help to issue a notarized power of attorney for any citizen of Kyrgyzstan. In five days, the card will be delivered from this country to Russia, and until then it will be possible to use a virtual card, paying in Kyrgyz soms, dollars, euros and, of course, in rubles.

Money will have to be transferred to it in the old fashioned way - through Tinkoff, Sberbank or Qiwi. In addition, according to lawyers, there is a real risk that the card will be blocked: although the sanctions do not formally prevent the issuance of cards of Visa and Mastercard payment systems for Russian citizens, but in this case, secondary sanctions may be applied...

Meanwhile, according to RBC, the Federal Tax Service, with the help of the police, will reveal the facts of shadow currency trading, just as it was in Soviet times. The Federal Tax Service is concerned about the sale of currency from hands on social networks, channels and services that publish ads. They believe that "under the current conditions, this threatens the stability of the currency of the Russian Federation and the stability of the domestic foreign exchange market".
