The stock market is growing, the ruble is strengthening against the dollar

The ruble index of the Moscow Exchange with an additional code (iMOEX2) by 7.06 Moscow time increased by 1.2%, to 3523.22 points.

The American currency with the expectation of tomorrow at 7:11 Moscow time has lost 31 kopecks and is trading at 76.45 rubles. The euro exchange rate is 86.48 rubles, minus 24 kopecks.

Brent oil fell in price by 0.65%, a barrel of the benchmark brand costs $95.85. On the eve, we recall, for the first time in seven and a half years, Brent exceeded $ 96 per barrel. The head of Gazprom, Alexander Dyukov, indicated that the situation is encouraging, but emphasizes the importance of market stability in order to receive investments in its development on a regular basis.

Note that the Moscow Exchange has been holding morning trading since December 6 from 6:50 to 9:50 Moscow time. The main session is the same as before, from 9.50 to 18.50.

At the same time, the Russians continue to export capital from the country. At the end of January 2022, the outflow increased by almost one and a half times compared to the same period last year and reached a record $12.8 billion.
