Operatives bought such a certificate during a test purchase, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs-Media. The courier who gave the envelope to the police indicated that he had received it near the business center on Bolshaya Tulskaya Street. As it turned out, the office of criminals is located there.
The police conducted a search, during which they found over fifty not yet completed vaccination certificate forms, as well as about twenty stamps and seals of various medical organizations. Two accomplices independently produced and filled out fake documents, which were subsequently sold via the Internet. Currently, both are under recognizance not to leave.
The second courier was detained in Zelenograd. He was delivering the document from a commercial medical center. The fake cost 1,785 rubles. The police also conducted a search, during which they found forms with already affixed seals and doctor's signatures.
