Missing VK top manager Vladimir Gabrielyan found dead

The bodies of both were found on the banks of the Pestsovaya River. They participated in an expedition near the White Sea. According to preliminary data, Gabrielyan and his wife tried to cross the river on all-terrain vehicles, but the rapid current carried the cars into the sea. Sergei Olsevich and Elena Gabrielyan were able to escape. They walked 25 km along the seashore and came to the dwelling of a local reindeer breeder, who gave them shelter. At that time, the Ministry of Emergency Situations did not start searching due to the inaccessibility of the place where Gabrielyan and Merzklyakov disappeared. Therefore, the operation was scheduled for this morning.

A few hours later, the search for the two missing began. As specified in 112, the cause of death of Gabrielyan and Merzlyakov was hypothermia.
