The incident happened on February 25th. They wrote about it in social networks. The girl returned home late at night after her acrobatics classes. When she was dropped out in the cold, she could not inform her parents about this, because her phone was dead because of the cold.

After the publicity, the regional prosecutor's office began to check. The department recognized the initiated case as legal.

Since March 7, a law has been in effect in Russia that prohibits leaving children without parents from public transport if they do not have enough money to travel.

Earlier in the Kirov region, a conductor dropped a 16-year-old teenager who could not pay for the fare with a bank card. He got home on the next bus. Another passenger paid for it.
