According to preliminary information, the driver of the minibus allowed to enter the oncoming lane, as a result of which the Mercedes collided with a Volkswagen passenger car. The passenger of the car died on the spot. After the impact, Volkswagen caught a bus passing by.

A criminal case was initiated under part 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: "violation of traffic rules, which inadvertently resulted in the death of a person".

It is reported that Ksenia Sobchak did not receive serious injuries as a result of an accident and did not need medical assistance. Soon after the incident, she got into a taxi and drove to the airport.

Today Sobchak published a post on her Telegram channel "Bloody Lady", where she said that she also suffered in an accident and that she was ready to help relatives of those killed and injured in an accident with her Mercedes.

“This post is written personally by me. Now I am at home, I just got better, I have a concussion and numerous injuries.

I am horrified and shocked by the fact that people died, we will contact our relatives. I am not flying anywhere and I am not going. I was in the car. The car is not mine, nor is the driver. I didn't rush the driver, of course.

I was offered hospitalization in Sochi, my team, when I came to, was very bad. But I wanted to go to my son and home, so I flew out.

We left in another car, but first my director Kirill called an ambulance and went to see if we could help another car. People have already taken care of them.

On Sunday evening, it became known that Ksenia Sobchak was ready to provide financial assistance to the families of those killed and injured in an accident.

Representatives of the TV presenter said that in the near future they would contact all the relatives of the victims of the accident, as well as those who were injured in the resonant accident.

“Our team is engaged in this. Of course, everything will be realized. I just do not know who I have already contacted, with whom I have not yet, but we will definitely keep in touch with everyone and support will be provided”, - stated Sobchak's director Kirill Sukhanov.
