For the first time in 24 hours in Russia more than three thousand patients with COVID-19 were detected

Sick people have already been identified in 65 regions of the country, the death toll is close to 200. So far only two thousand infected people have recovered after contracting a new coronavirus.

In the capital, the number of cases per day increased by almost 1.2 thousand people. The total number of people infected with a new disease in Moscow reaches 15 thousand people. Earlier, Moscow doctors said they could not cope with the influx of patients. Lines of ambulances are formed in front of the clinics, and metropolitan doctors were even offered hotel rooms near hospitals in order to reduce the travel time for doctors from home to work.

Among the regions, the majority of cases were detected in St. Petersburg, their number almost reached a thousand people, about 300 more cases were detected in the Leningrad Region. In the Komi Republic, the number of cases reached 402 people, in the Nizhny Novgorod region a new disease was detected in 339 people, in the Murmansk region - another 265 people. After the complications from a new disease, most people after Moscow and St. Petersburg died in Bashkiria and the Chechen Republic, where five people have so far died from the disease.
