Pilots' mistake nearly led to a major plane crash at Sheremetyevo

The crew of the airliner flying on the route Ufa - Moscow prevented a major catastrophe in a few seconds of collision with the ground at the capital's Sheremetyevo airport.
Due to a significant excess of speed during the landing approach, the pilots had to again raise the plane up in the moments before contact with the runway.
The liner gained altitude after the sensors "Earth, earth" and "Pull up" worked, Avia.pro clarifies, indicating that the incident took place on January 24, 2021, but it became known about it only now.
It is reported that a pre-investigation check is being carried out on the fact of the incident.
Experts emphasize: the crew did not realize the criticality of the situation, continuing to lower the plane at a dangerously high speed.
