On the night of July 17, in a semi-detached residential building in the Tomsk region in the village of Kolbinka, a fire claimed the lives of seven people, including five children.

Firefighters arrived at the scene at 00:34, by which time the building was completely burned out, there was a partial collapse of the roof.

"The wooden crate of the roof of the house was burned and collapsed, the walls inside and outside the residential building were burned, the wooden veranda burned down. The wooden crate of the roof of the summer kitchen was burned and collapsed. The total area of the fire was 168 square meters", - the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

During the fire, the bodies of seven people were found in the house. A criminal case has been initiated under the article on causing death by negligence to two or more persons. The maximum punishment under this article is four years of imprisonment.
