In addition, on Monday, on behalf of the governor of the region Dmitry Makhonin, classes in all schools, technical schools and colleges of the city were canceled. All educational institutions for this day must check the security systems in the institutions in order to prevent similar incidents at other facilities.

As the governor noted, outsiders should not be allowed into educational institutions, with the exception of the parents of students. In addition, guards at the entrances have been instructed to check all oversized bags and packages that rush into the campus.

We will remind, as a result of the attack on the university on Monday, eight people were killed, another 24 were injured, including 19 people - gunshot wounds. The attacker himself was eliminated during the arrest. A criminal case was opened against him.
