In Moscow, a taxi driver could not scan the QR-code of the pass and beat the passenger (VIDEO)
The incident took place on April 22 at Konenkova Street. Life reports that a 29-year-old city dweller called a taxi, but the driver could not scan the QR code of her pass. The taxi driver refused to carry the passenger and demanded to leave the car. When she did not fulfill the requirements of the driver, he pulled her out of the car and began to beat.
The failed passenger tried to give the taxi driver a change, but he knocked her down with a blow to the face, follows from the frames of the published video. At the same time passers-by pass indifferently, not noticing what is happening.
The victim wrote a statement to the police. Now law enforcement officers identify the taxi driver.
They were interested in the situation in the Moscow Department of Transport and demanded detailed information about what had happened from the aggregator.
“It is necessary to thoroughly and objectively understand and apply appropriate measures,” the department said.
Note that aggressive behavior of taxi drivers is not uncommon for Russia. Earlier it was reported that the Moscow taxi driver did not want to miss the ambulance, which was in a hurry to call. When the ambulance driver asked for a way, the taxi driver hit him in the face and threatened with a knife. And in St. Petersburg, for example, a taxi driver beat and robbed his client.
