In St. Petersburg, the wife and son of Admiral of the Navy Leonid Lobanov were stabbed to death

According to RIA Novosti, citing a source in the security forces, the bodies were found on July 24.

According to the Telegram channel "112", the corpses could lie in the apartment for two weeks - neighbors began to complain of an unpleasant smell. They called the eldest daughter of Lobanov, who lives in Murmansk.

The Fontanka article says that the victims were first beaten with a frying pan, “it was better not to look at their faces and heads,” in addition, their throats were cut and their stomachs were cut open. A source in the Sledkom indicated that the admiral's son was registered with a psychiatrist.

After finding the killed, investigators began to look for Leonid Lobanov himself. Then it became known that he was hit to death by an electric train on July 16 at the Ruchyi station.

According to the Investigative Committee, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder of two or more persons"), upon the discovery of the bodies of a woman born in 1937 and a man born in 1965 with stab wounds in an apartment of one of the houses on Butlerov Street on the evening of July 24, 2021.

Now the investigators are establishing the circumstances of the incident, together with the employees of the Central Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, a suspect is being searched for.
