Only one of the three Barnaul schoolgirls who committed an act of sexual violence against an 11-year-old girl has reached the age of criminal responsibility.

An incredible incident that happened in the Altai Territory is being discussed on social networks. There, a criminal case was opened against persons who committed sexual violence (including with a plastic bottle) against an 11-year-old girl. She was inflicted, including bodily harm. It would seem that there is nothing surprising here? But, no: the fact is that the rapists themselves are also minors, only one of the three has reached the age of criminal responsibility, and the rest have not even turned 14!

Moreover, all their actions, the criminals - schoolgirls from Barnaul, were recorded on a telephone camera, so that the recording got into social networks and on the phone of the victim's mother.

The 14-year-old torturer has already been detained, according to some reports, she already had problems with the law. In general, this criminal article provides for imprisonment from 12 to 20 years, but only one of the participants in the violence, the same 14-year-old schoolgirl, can be subjected to it, and the rest are not in danger.

The case is so high-profile that the Governor of the Altai Territory Viktor Tomenko intends to seriously study the circumstances that gave rise to it, as well as help the injured girl and her family.

- Disgusting juvenile creatures...

- Sadists and monsters... "under the age of responsibility"

- No pity, no heart...

This is how social networks comment on this terrible case.

“And what is the punishment ?! To deprive the parental rights of the parents who brought up such scum ?! These little children must be taken to the orphanage ?! To prosecute their parents for improper upbringing of children ?! So there is no such article...", - complains blogger Alexander Morozov.
