The tragedy happened on June 25 in the Noglinsky district in the north of the region. The Investigative Committee for the region clarified that at the time of the accident, the policeman was off duty. He was driving a car on an unlit section of the road and hit pedestrians who were walking towards the traffic.

Currently, the department has begun an internal audit. If the guilt of the policeman is established, he will be fired from the internal affairs bodies, and he will also "be punished in the manner prescribed by law." Its leaders will be subject to disciplinary action.
