Primorsky deputy accused of land fraud in the amount of 17 million rubles

The investigation insists on the version according to which the accused was able to register 24 plots in ownership, some of which were registered with the use of the right to preferential land acquisition by war veterans, and others - according to documents with inaccurate information. The documents later made it possible to buy land at a discounted price, as a result of which the district suffered more than 17 million rubles of damage.

One of the precincts was registered with the accused, the rest - with her relatives and acquaintances.

Investigators clarify that the fraudulent actions were committed in the period from June 2012 to March 2018 with the complicity of an acquaintance and former spouse of the deputy, in respect of whom the criminal cases were taken into separate proceedings.

The case materials will be sent to the Leninsky District Court of Vladivostok.

In winter, the deputy was placed under house arrest.
