FSB eliminated three militants preparing terrorist attacks in Yekaterinburg

During the operation in the Chkalovsky district, three militants involved in terrorist activities were killed.

- The counter-terrorist operation in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region is completed. When resisting, the criminals received injuries incompatible with life, the agency said.

The special regime introduced on Thursday after midnight in the Chkalovsky district of Yekaterinburg and the Aramil city district of the Sverdlovsk region was lifted at 5:15.

Later it became known that the liquidated militants were supporters of the IG * organization.

Recall that in March a suspect in the preparation of a terrorist attack in Bashkiria was killed during a shootout in a suburb of Ufa. The NAC said that the criminal had a gun and an improvised explosive device ready for use.
