“As an official, it hurts me to hear this. Of course, the family has its black sheep, but most of the officials really work a lot, honestly and really for the good of the country”, - he said. His words are quoted by Interfax.
Peskov does not exclude the possibility that there are officials who unscrupulously cope with their duties, literally do not care about their work. It is thanks to the work of such officials in society that the opinion is formed that all civil servants in Russia work poorly.
At the same time, Peskov drew attention to the fact that most of the Russians, according to the same poll, consider the work of officials to be prestigious, and would like their children to occupy positions in government structures.
As a reminder, according to the results of a survey conducted by the FOM, every second Russian (51%) in the country believes that officials work poorly. At the same time, more than half of Russians consider their work difficult (57%), of which 26% believe that this work is very responsible, another 12% believe that officials have many duties that they must perform daily. This profession is considered a prestigious profession by 69% of the surveyed Russians, while 15% of the respondents do not consider it as such. More than half of Russians (55%) would like their children to realize themselves in this profession.
