As a result, Boris Gennadievich Vishnevsky (previously Aleksey Shmelнщv with his passport), Boris Ivanovich Vishnevsky (Viktor Bykov) and Boris Lazarevich Vishnevsky were registered for the elections this year.

In addition, the two candidates also had similar hairstyles like the latter and had a beard.

After this situation, the CEC intends to initiate amendments to the law, which would prevent similar situations in the future.
