Zhirinovsky said that the billionaires should be summoned to the Kremlin and demanded that they give up their fortunes. In case of refusal, according to radio "Komsomolskaya Pravda", Vladimir Volfovich also has a decision: to arrest the family members of the oligarchs.

Zhirinovsky believes that it is necessary to gather a hundred people in the Kremlin and tell them: leave yourself 10 million "for bread and butter," and hand over the rest to the Central Bank. The politician believes that the oligarchs are unlikely to refuse such a proposal, if it is voiced by the president. And if someone says that he needs to think, then please - only in the Lefortovo VIP-chamber.

It may seem to some that the Kremlin thus communicates its opinion to the oligarchs. However, the version that Zhirinovsky does not think too much about his words is more like the truth.
