Russian President Vladimir Putin will continue to work via video communication during non-working days. However, face-to-face meetings on work during this period are not planned with the president, commented his press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

“Of course, face-to-face events, taking into account the difficult epidemiological situation, will not be carried out,” noted Dmitry Peskov. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

We will remind, earlier by the presidential decree non-working days were introduced from October 30 to November 7. The decision to extend the November holidays was made due to the increase in the number of cases of coronavirus in the country. The authorities in the regions were allowed to set the beginning of the quarantine themselves. It can be entered from October 23rd. In Moscow and the Moscow region, it was decided to introduce a lockdown from October 28. Pensioners and people with chronic diseases are supposed to stay at home. Those who have previously been vaccinated or have had a coronavirus may not self-isolate.
