Two officials have already left the government of the Khabarovsk Territory; Mikhail Degtyaryov expects dismissal from the third acting governor in the nearest future.

Degtyarev announced this from another Instagram stream. This time, the acting governor went live not while walking to the government building, but from the car.

He said that he had signed a statement on the resignation of the first deputy chairman of the government, Vladimir Khlapov, to be replaced by Alexander Nikitin, who headed the apparatus of the committee in the State Duma, where Degtyaryov had previously chaired. Zakhar Sinyagovsky, adviser to the governor, was also dismissed. Now he "will focus on party work" - Sinyagovsky is acting as the regional leader of the Liberal Democratic Party. Degtyarev is expecting a letter of resignation by mail from another deputy chairman of the regional government, Yuri Zolochevsky.

Earlier, Degtyaryov said that he intends to reduce tariffs for housing and communal services in the region. He has already discussed this with the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Khabarovsk Territory Dariy Tyurin. Issues related to energy, the fuel and energy complex, the new acting head of the region will discuss directly with the Minister of Energy - Alexander Novak, who will arrive in Khabarovsk today for a few hours. The visit to the Far East region was entrusted to Novak by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The day before, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers promised to allocate 1.3 billion rubles to the Khabarovsk Territory in order to compensate for the revenues due to the coronavirus pandemic. The amount of lost income is estimated at about 10 billion rubles. It is noteworthy that Sergei Furgal spoke about this literally the day before his arrest. He noted then that it is impossible to allow a reduction in funding for national programs. Furgal promised to resort to borrowing as a last resort, only if the money is not compensated by his own income or the funds of the federation. Under what conditions did Mishustin promise 1.3 billion rubles? edge is still unknown.
