NASA: A football field-sized asteroid is approaching the Earth

On August 5, an asteroid with a diameter of up to 190 meters will approach the Earth as close as possible, warned the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
According to the website of NASA's unit for the study of approaching objects, the celestial body, dubbed 2009 PQ1, was discovered in 2009, on August 14. The asteroid will fly past the Earth at a distance of 3.2 million km at a speed of 13.4 km / s on August 5.
Astronomers attribute 2009 PQ1 to Apollos, the asteroids which orbits cross our planet's orbit. They are considered potentially hazardous.
