Hollywood stars launched #MyElf Christmas flashmob

American celebrities conduct a comic flash mob on Instagram. The essence of the action, held under the hashtag #MyElf, is to make a photo collage by attaching a figurine of a person on your shoulder, whose name rhymes with the name of the author of the publication. Nicole Kidman, Sharon Stone, Celine Dion, Reese Witherspoon, Gal Gadot, Mark Ruffalo, Natalie Portman and many other stars have already taken part in the challenge.

This is a kind of continuation of the Christmas tradition Elf on the Shelf ("Elf on the shelf"), which recently appeared in the United States. Shortly before the holidays, an elf toy figure appears in families with children. It is believed to have been sent from the North Pole by Santa Claus. The elf sits on the shelf, pretending to be a toy, but in fact observes how well the child is behaving and tells Santa about everything.
