The average increase of the tariffs for utilities amounted to 4%. Indices that establish the maximum increase in aggregate payment for the "communal", the government set last year, in October.

The minimum tariff increase is provided for the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. There, tariffs increased by 2.4% . In the Murmansk region and Perm region, the index was 3%. Residents of Astrakhan, Bryansk, Vladimir, Vologda, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kursk, Leningrad, Orel, Penza, Ryazan, Samara, Saratov, Sverdlovsk, Tver, Yaroslavl regions, Stavropol Territory, Bashkortostan will pay 3.6% more on utility bills. Kalmykia and Mordovia.

In St. Petersburg, tariffs increased by 3.8% , in the Moscow Region and the Kuban - by 4.1% . In Moscow, Omsk region, Buryatia and Yakutia, utilities rose by 5% . Even more expensive - in Dagestan ( 5.2% ), Kabardino-Balkaria ( 5.4% ). And the highest raising index is in Chechnya. There, tariff growth amounted to 6.5%.

Earlier, the issue of not raising tariffs on July 1 was considered. However, the head of the Ministry of Construction Vladimir Yakushev warned that in this case the industry is waiting for underfunding.

Konstantin Krokhin, a member of the housing and communal services committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said that raising tariffs does not at all lead to еру increased efficiency and does not contribute to energy and resource consumption.
