Director of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) Dmitry Aristov reported that more than 46,000 appeals had been received from those mobilized with a request to suspend debt collection. According to him, 107,000 enforcement proceedings have been suspended so far.

“As of October 31, the service received more than 46,000 applications for the suspension of enforcement proceedings against mobilized debtors. Taking into account consolidated enforcement proceedings, more than 107 thousand enforcement proceedings have been suspended, ”said Aristov (quoted by TASS ).

He added that applications can be submitted through training centers or commanders of military units. Relatives of mobilized debtors can also apply to the bailiffs with a request to suspend the collection of debts.

“Our employees are in military registration and enlistment offices, at recruiting stations, so that debtors can quickly apply for the suspension of enforcement proceedings,” the head of the FSSP specified.

He added that in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the full or partial suspension of enforcement proceedings in the event of the debtor's mobilization applies to all categories of enforcement proceedings.
