According to RBC, referring to a representative of Roscongress , these requests are processed in agreement with the organizing committee of the forum.

Employees of five companies, whose participation is expected in the SPIEF, announced different options for data reduction. Three suggested not to indicate anything on the badge at all, but Roscongress denied the existence of such a possibility, since this attribute is mandatory for all forum participants, it is the participant’s personal identification document for the duration of the event.

Also, some companies pay for participation in the event not directly at Roscongress, but through intermediaries.

According to three sources of the publication, SPIEF guests have the opportunity not to indicate their speakers or the name of the organization in the official lists. For this, there is a checkbox in the participant's personal account.

A top manager of a large food company indicated that the participants are trying to hide these data, fearing Western sanctions due to participation in the forum.
