Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on personnel changes in the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Two heads of the regional departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, one deputy and three heads of departments of the central office were dismissed.

Personnel changes have affected departments in the Vladimir and Yaroslavl regions, as well as in the Altai Territory. In addition, three employees of the central office were dismissed - Alexander Udovenko, Yuri Instrankin and Emil Musin.

The president appointed police colonel Aleksey Shkolkin to the post of head of the department in the Yaroslavl region. Previously, he headed the department of the department in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region.

These resignations are associated with the usual rotation of personnel, RBC writes, citing its sources.
