Head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin opened an illegal hunting case against Valery Rashkin

- The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case against State Duma deputy Valery Rashkin on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal hunting"), - said the official representative of the UK Svetlana Petrenko.

Let us remind you that the deputy was deprived of immunity after the incident while hunting on October 29. Valery Rashkin shot a moose. Later it turned out that the hunt was illegal, although, according to the deputy himself, he himself was sure that everything was according to the law. Before that, he did say that he had found a moose in the forest already killed.
