The Board of Directors of "Ekho Moskv" liquidated the radio station

Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office demanded to restrict the work of this media outlet. The department saw gross violations in the work of the radio station: calls for extremism and the spread of fakes about Russia's special military operation in Ukraine. There is no access to the site in Russia. Roskomnadzor demanded that Google remove the Ekho Moskvy application from its resources.

Ekho Moskvy is part of the Gazprom-Media media holding.

Similar claims were brought against the Dozhd TV channel* (included in the register of foreign agents). Google blocked the resources of the channel.
