Shaman Alexander Gabyshev was left for compulsory treatment in a specialized psychiatric hospital in the city of Ussuriysk. This was told by his lawyer Alexey Pryanishnikov.

“The judge of the Ussuriysk District Court, Galina Lazareva, extended the compulsory treatment of the shaman Alexander Gabyshev in a special type mental hospital in Ussuriysk. In satisfying our petitions for the appointment of a psychological and psychiatric examination at the Research Institute. Serbsky was denied in Moscow”, - Pryanishnikov said on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the rejection of the application was motivated by the fact that "all this is too long." He promised to challenge the decision through an appeal and provide details later.

As Kommersant notes , on August 1, the Ussuriysky District Court already extended the term for the compulsory treatment of the shaman Gabyshev, who in the past intended to "expel Putin". In September, the Primorsky Regional Court granted the defense's appeal and overturned this decision, after which the case was sent for a new trial to the court of first instance.

The fame of the shaman was brought by his first trip to Moscow in 2019. In March 2019, Gabyshev left Yakutia for the capital with the firm intention of "expelling" President Vladimir Putin. In September of the same year, he was detained on the 202nd km of the M-53 Baikal federal highway, after which he was sent back to Yakutia. From May to July 2020, the shaman was in the Yakut Republican Psychoneurological Dispensary. After that, he announced a new “march against Moscow”, but in July 2021 the Yakutsk City Court sent him for compulsory treatment. At first, he was observed at a hospital in the Novosibirsk psychiatric hospital, and in the spring of 2022 he was transferred to a psychiatric hospital in Ussuriysk.
