Tesak's third suicide note was found in his mouth

He clarified that "a few hours ago, Martsinkevich's father received by mail a decree refusing to initiate a criminal investigation into his death". According to the lawyer, on 15 pages, the deputy head of the first department for the investigation of especially important cases of Chelyabinsk tells the circumstances of the case, among which the third suicide note is also mentioned.

"When examining the corpse of Martsinkevich in the premises of the Chelyabinsk Regional Bureau of Forensic Medicine, another suicide note was found in his oral cavity, wrapped in polymer material, written by Martsinkevich M.S. From its content it follows that he did not commit the murders, about the commission of which he gave confessions, himself, as well as other persons indicated in his testimony, he slandered", - the resolution says.

Let us remind you that a month ago Martsinkevich's parents were denied an independent examination of his body. Sergey Martsinkevich, the father of the deceased also added that on October 1, in the morgue, they made it clear that they would not even let us look at the body before the funeral - this is the final decision, without explaining why. Lawyer Ivan Sidorov said that the examination was taboo due to the lack of a forensic medical bureau. Earlier, the father of "Tesak" found signs of torture on his body.
