In the middle of next week, an Indian summer will come to Moscow: during the day it will get warmer up to 15-19 degrees, the air temperature will become comfortable for walking.

According to TASS , citing data from the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, on Tuesday the sun will begin to peep out on the street and will warm up to 10-15 degrees, on Wednesday the daytime temperature will rise to 14-16 degrees, and on Thursday - up to 19 degrees.

“This is already quite normal weather. As cold weather as it is now, this is the forerunner of warming. It can be associated with Indian summer, warming will be very comfortable”, - he said.

In some regions of the country, Indian summer has already arrived. So, the air temperature in the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Kurgan regions has already warmed up to plus 26-27 degrees. And in the Omsk, and in the Tomsk, and in the Kemerovo, and in the Novosibirsk regions, the heat is up to +30. Temperature norms are 8 degrees exceeded in Yakutia. In the Altai Territory, the heat reaches + 32 degrees.

Forecasters note that this year, due to global warming, summer turned out to be the hottest in the history of meteorological observations. The climatic shift has led in a number of areas to adverse consequences: large-scale natural disasters, large wildfires, as well as the appearance of dangerous insect parasites characteristic of countries with a tropical climate.

Last year, the Indian summer came to Moscow on September 22 and lasted about a week.
