They are charged with committing a crime under Article 238 (“Providing services that do not meet the requirements of life safety and health, resulting in the death of two or more people”). Searches were carried out in the office of the company that sent tourists to Kamchatka, the director of the organization was detained, and witnesses are being interrogated.
