As reported by the trade union of medical workers "Action", paramedics Vera Vysogorets and Albina Abdrakhmanova were fired after they did not come to work on their day off.

“According to the transcript of a fragment of a conversation between paramedics and chief physician Valery Shapochkin on February 5, he sent an order to Vysogorets and Abdrakhmanova to be called to work for double pay for production needs by Russian Post the day before the expected date of being called to work”, - the Mediazona trade union quotes»*.

The paramedics learned about the order allegedly sent to them by mail after their dismissal.

“Vysogorets and Abdrakhmanova analyzed incoming calls and both saw a call from an unknown number. When they picked up the phone, there was silence in response. Vysogorets clarified that she called back on this number, but she was not answered”, - the publication notes.

At the same time, the head physician of the institution, Valery Shapochkin, said: “I am not responsible for the Russian Post”.

A third paramedic, Ramil Razyapov, was fired from his job, allegedly for being in an ambulance without a defibrillator.

Meanwhile, the doctor explained that he left for the shift with a portable defibrillator, while the stationary device was being charged in the treatment room.

The reason for the protest action of doctors was the actions of the authorities and medical authorities. Back in January of this year, employees of the emergency department of the Ishimbay Central District Hospital demanded from the hospital management and the country's authorities to increase the number of ambulance teams. They also proposed raising salaries for doctors and introducing additional pay for work in understaffed teams. Otherwise, they threatened to start an "Italian strike".

After that, doctors in Russian hospitals began to report that they had received a directive from Moscow on the need to write denunciations against members of "alternative trade unions prone to protest activity."

Earlier it was reported that in a number of regions the difference in the salaries of ordinary doctors and the management of medical institutions is hundreds of percent.

So, at the end of January, pay slips appeared on the network with the salary of Sergey Papiyants, the head physician of the Moscow Regional Medical Service, in 2021.

Credible sources, according to blogger Andrey Konoval from the medical workers' trade union Action, claim that these figures are true. And they are impressive: with an official salary of 20.4 thousand rubles, the December settlement is almost 1 million 120 thousand rubles, and the November one is almost 600 thousand. In December, Papiyants received solid incentive payments, in December alone the allowance amounted to 409 thousand (397 + 12) rubles, that is, 1640% of the official salary. And at the end of the year - 1600%. For comparison: the intensity bonus for this position is 300%, and the average salary is 189,258 rubles.

Meanwhile, in the regions, the situation with payments to state employees is even less optimistic. So, after the second “optimization” in the Kolomna perinatal center, an unreasonable burden fell on the remaining nurses. A 12-hour work shift has to be served simultaneously at several posts, including intensive care units. In 2019, with all the part-time jobs and bonuses, junior nurses could receive under 40 thousand rubles a month, but now they can’t jump out for 29-32 thousand rubles , while the volume of work has doubled. This is a 12-hour work shift, serving several posts at the same time, without lunch breaks. Because of this, doctors who could not stand the slave working conditions went on a hunger strike.
