The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia put documentary filmmaker Vitaly Mansky (pictured) on the wanted list, a card with his data appeared in the department's database.

Recall that Mansky is the president of the international festival of author's documentary films "Artdocfest" and the National Prize in the field of non-fiction films and television "Laurel Branch".

His most famous works were "Jewish Happiness", "Lenin's Body", "Gorbachev. After the Empire", "Yeltsin. Another Life", "Putin. Leap Year", "Relatives".

In April, "Artdocfest" was closed in the Russian Federation the day after its opening, Vitaly Mansky reported. On the opening day of the festival, the director was splashed with paint at the entrance to the cinema, where the screening was supposed to begin.

Note that director Nikita Mikhalkov asks to bring Mansky to justice because of slander. He spread information about the alleged theft of the budget of the Moscow Film Festival.
