Some Russian tourists, who were stuck in Goa, wrote that other foreigners were being taken out of the state, and "they stopped responding at our embassy."
Aurora, which the Russians hoped for remaining in South Korean Seoul, also canceled the flight. 170 people are waiting for departure to Khabarovsk, but in connection with the withdrawal of permission by the Federal Air Transport Agency, the wait is delayed.
