Elon Musk rents his house from his own rocket company SpaceX.

It is also interesting that this folding prefab house (Boxabl Casita) covers an area of approximately 37 sq. m., and it can be quickly disassembled, taken away and reassembled in a new place. At the same time, it is durable, since it consists of concrete panels and steel fasteners.
