A sharp warming will bring an anticyclone to some Russian regions. The hottest weather is expected in the south.

To 40-42 degrees, the air warms up in the Volgograd and Astrakhan regions, reports Roshydromet (Russian meteorological service). The temperature rises to 39 degrees in the Rostov region, Krasnodar and Stavropol territories. In the North Caucasus, the day will be 29-36 degrees, in the Urals Federal District - up to 34 degrees.

Abnormal heat will come to the Northwestern Federal District. For example, in the Astrakhan region, the temperature rises 9-11 degrees above normal - up to 32 degrees, in the Vologda - up to 32 degrees, Leningrad - up to 30 degrees, and in the Novgorod and Pskov regions - from 26 to 32 degrees.

Up to 33 degrees of heat is expected in the Perm Territory and the Kirov Region - this is 9 degrees above the established norm.

Let us recall that Moscow residents were warned about the heat this week. The air temperature will reach Wednesday, June 10, 31 degrees. Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand reported that in most of the territory of Russia the average monthly temperature in June will be near normal.
