Rostransnadzor (Federal Transportation Inspection Service) recorded 124 violations of the sanitary requirements at 23 Russian airports. 27 violations occured in aircrafts.

About this writes Interfax, referring to the message of the Ministry of Transport. The names of the air harbors in which violations have been identified are not called. Among the main violations Rostransnadzor called the lack of thermometry at a number of airports. In addition, not all facilities have high-quality cleaning. Also, the temperature is not checked for all passengers when boarding a plane, and they do not disinfect their hands with antiseptics.

It is noted that social distance in crowded areas is not respected. The agency indicates that there are no marking lines on the floor at the entrance to the inspection zones, and places are not marked. There is a lack of sanitizers, and at some airports they are completely absent.

Let us recall that 11 billion rubles were allocated to Russian airports from the Government Reserve Fund. as state support. These funds can be used to pay salaries to airport employees, except for representatives of senior management and boards of directors.

It should be noted that the general director of the Airport Association of Civil Aviation Viktor Gorbachev warned earlier that if all state support goes to large airports, then the small regional air harbors will simply close.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, passenger traffic at Russian airports fell by 75%.
