The demand for couriers in Russia has skyrocketed amid the coronavirus pandemic. In December last year, it increased 2.8 times, in January 2021 - 4.8 times.

The salaries of couriers in the Russian regions reach 110 thousand rubles a month, TASS reports, referring to the Superjob study. The service has compiled a list of the most expensive jobs in February from courier and transport companies, delivery services and recruitment agencies.

- Surprisingly, but the maximum salary is not offered in Moscow, 110 thousand rubles are ready to pay couriers in their own car in Volgograd, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Rostov-on-Don, Samara and Chelyabinsk, - said the authors of the study.

In Moscow, a courier driver is offered a salary of 100 thousand rubles, a courier in an online store 80-90 thousand rubles, a courier with a personal car - from 80 thousand rubles.

A pedestrian courier in St. Petersburg will earn 81-95 thousand rubles a month, with a personal car - 70-75 thousand rubles.

In Vladivostok, couriers' salaries range from 45-90 thousand rubles. In Volgograd and Voronezh - 32-110 thousand rubles.

Couriers in different directions in Yekaterinburg can earn from 30 to 110 thousand rubles a month, in Kazan - 38-110 thousand rubles, in Krasnodar - 40-68 thousand rubles, and in Krasnoyarsk, Omsk, Novosibirsk - 50-110 thousand rubles.

It's worth reminding that the managing director of Avito Rabota Artem Kumpel believes that due to the development of delivery services and online trading, the number of vacancies that do not require specialized experience, including couriers, has increased, and there has also been an outflow of migrants. The expert believes that employers have raised salaries to close the employee deficit.
