Three people are false witnesses in the case, who claimed that they had not seen Yefremov at the scene of the accident. According to Pashayev, these people - Andrey Gayev, Alexander Kobey and Tevan Badasyan - themselves found him on social networks after he threw a cry to look for witnesses, and voluntarily and unselfishly agreed to testify.
Yesterday, as reported by the telegram channel mash, during interrogation by the police, Yefremov denied this. According to the actor, the lawyer offered him to buy witnesses with the words: "There are people who can say at the trial that you were not in the car."
As a fee, Pashayev took 1.5 million rubles from Yefremov for each false witness. However, they received only 300,000 each. “The actor has given such testimony during interrogation. And he hinted that the difference disappeared in the bottomless pockets and the eyes of the most honest lawyer in Russia. In fact, these three could have grabbed more - and now they also have a big question mark for Pashayev”, - writes Mash.
However, according to the source, Pashayev doubted the actor's words: “If we bribed witnesses, it turns out that he is our accomplice. So I doubt he gave such testimony. And how could he know that they could be bribed - he was under house arrest”.
