Land and river borders have closed since March 30. Partially, restrictions were eased only this month - Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that Russians can leave the country to care for sick relatives, for treatment, work or study.

However, the data of the National Tourism Organization of Korea indicate that in April 2020, 1223 Russians traveled to South Korea. Last year, the figure was at the level of 34 thousand. 128 Russian citizens crossing the Korean border in April indicated tourism as their destination. One Russian arrived in the country on an official visit, and four - for business purposes. The “other” goal is for the remaining 1090 visitors.

922 Russians arrived in Turkey this April, according to statistics from the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The purpose of their trips is not specified. In the same month of the previous year, more than 391 thousand Russians visited Turkey.
