This is reported by Izvestia, referring to the draft order of the ministry.

According to the calculations of the department's experts, on average, a square meter will rise in price by 539 rubles compared to the second half of 2020.

The growth leaders in housing prices will be Moscow, as well as the regions of the Far East - the Amur and Sakhalin regions, Primorsky and Khabarovsk territories. There the price will rise by 8 thousand to 9.5 thousand rubles. The average price per square meter of housing in Yakutia and the Leningrad region will grow by 4 thousand.

At the same time, in 34 Russian regions the cost per square meter of housing will remain unchanged. Among such regions are Tuva, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Bashkiria, Karelia, Adygea, Kalmykia, Crimea and others.

Not everywhere, however, housing will rise in price. In Buryatia, experts predicted a fall in the price per square meter from 78.18 thousand rubles to 61.26 thousand rubles.

However, the cheapest apartments will not be in Buryatia, but in the North Caucasus - in Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria. It will also be relatively inexpensive to buy an apartment in the Bryansk region. In these three Russian regions, a square meter of housing will cost from 31.5 thousand rubles.

Note that over the past year, the demand of buyers for small apartments has grown by almost 30%. According to Avito Real Estate, in some regions - Sevastopol, Novosibirsk - the demand for apartments less than 30 square meters increased 2.4 and 2.1 times, respectively. Let's remind that today on average in the country such an apartment costs 1,520,000 rubles. This is 7.2% more than last year.
