Residents of the European part of Russia will experience abnormal heat from June 16
From Tuesday, June 16, air temperature in the European part of the Russian Federation again will exceed the average and rise above 30 degrees.
This was reported to TASS by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand.
"The heat returns from Tuesday. Twenty-five again, one might say... This applies to the center of the European part of Russia. Temperatures above the norm are expected to be four degrees in the western half of the European part of Russia, and about two degrees above normal in the eastern part", said Wilfand.
In Moscow, he said, from Tuesday the thermometer will rise to 30 degrees, and the general temperature background will be in the range of 25 to 30 degrees. How long hot weather can last in the capital, the weather forecaster did not report, but announced the data on the temperature forecast of the Hydrometeorological Center on June 18.
On Saturday until the end of the day, the temperature in Moscow will remain at the level of 18-20 degrees, and from Sunday it will begin to rise gradually. On June 14, air in the capital will warm up to 22 degrees, on Monday its temperature will be in the range of 23-25 degrees Celsius, and on Tuesday it may rise from 26 degrees to 31 degrees. On Wednesday and Thursday, 25-30 degrees Celsius is expected.
As Roman Vilfand previously reported, this weekend in the capital is expected to be rather cold, with the average temperature level falling one or two degrees below normal.
