The doctor listed the places with the highest risk of contracting coronavirus
Potentially dangerous places where a person is most at risk of contracting coronavirus were listed by an otorhinolaryngologist, a doctor of the highest category Vladimir Zaitsev.
In an interview for AiF Zaitsev also told about the rules of social behavior while visiting such places.
The expert noted that citizens are at risk of contracting a coronavirus infection when they visit pharmacies, shops and gas stations. In addition, there is a high risk of catching the virus while walking with the dog or taking out the trash.
So that going to the pharmacy does not turn into an infection, the doctor recommends not only to put on a medical mask but also treating the nose with an antiviral ointment. In addition, the doctor advises choosing a time for visiting the pharmacy when there are fewer visitors going there. And in order not to create a queue, it is worthwhile to pre-select analogues of the necessary medicines - in case the original is not there. It is also worth treating your hands with an antiseptic at the entrance to the pharmacy.
Go to the mask and the store. You will need an antiseptic before taking the cart. The expert advises to buy a few days in advance. Even better, pre-compile a shopping list to minimize the time spent in the store. The doctor considers it correct to send the same family member for purchases. Fingers should not be brought to the mouth when handling packaging and bags.
When refueling a car, you also need to take care of an antiseptic. The best way to prevent the risk of coronavirus infection at a gas station is contactless refueling.
It is necessary to process the hands with a sanitizer after returning home. After walking with the dog, she should also wash her paws, and then wash her hands with soap and apply an antiseptic to them.
Recall that the authorities of some regions as a preventive measure of the spread of coronavirus completely limited the time they visit stores. We are talking about the Pskov region, where senior citizens are allowed to go shopping only for two hours - from 9:00 to 11:00. Buyers of other age categories are not allowed to appear at the outlet at this time. Pharmacies have not affected such a curfew.
Note that Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the situation in the coronavirus in the country is changing "not for the better."
- We see with you that the situation is changing almost daily and, unfortunately, not for the better. The number of sick people is increasing, and more and more cases of precisely the severe course of the disease, the head of state said during a meeting with members of the operational headquarters to combat the pandemic.
On April 13, the number of people infected with coronavirus infection in Russia reached 18 328 people.
